Orbio World’s IT Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of all complex functionalities in eCommerce websites, and other teams' inquiries. They work with trending technologies, hold high standards for code quality, and apply Agile development principles to our work. Currently, we are looking for a talented Lead UX/UI Designer who can hit the ground running and take our product web design to the next level. 🚀

  • Lead and develop our online design presence, ensuring alignment with our commercial and brand objectives. Formulate and drive design strategy and processes to support our initiatives;

  • Create and translate campaigns into compelling web designs. Challenge current design paradigms to advance our online presence and engage our audience across all digital channels;

  • Work closely with internal teams to present and justify design solutions at a strategic level. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on design direction;

  • Oversee and guide the work of design team while actively participating in the design process. Ensure that team members' workloads are manageable by creating tasks and prioritising business needs effectively. Foster a collaborative environment, providing clear direction and feedback;

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality web design work across a complex suite of projects. Push for innovation, challenging ideas and solutions to achieve the best outcomes;

  • Provide design input for internal projects and initiatives. Help scope projects for internal work, contributing to the growth and success of our products.

  • Salary. 3100-5000 (gross), depending on individual experience and competence.

Job requirements

Our expectations for you:

  • Proven experience in a senior UX/UI Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a lead or managerial capacity;
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your design work and illustrating your ability to deliver exceptional user experiences;
  • Excellent strategic thinking and design skills, with a deep understanding of brand identity and guidelines;
  • Proficiency in design software, including Figma and Adobe, to create polished and visually appealing designs;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a fast-paced, agile environment;
  • Exceptional time-management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work on time.
