Our Digital Products Team aims to keep our customers engaged and as passionate and satisfied with our digital products as we are. At this moment the team is looking for an ambitious and inspiring Technical Customer Support Lead to look after a remote team and ensure it uses the best practices and client support initiatives.

If so, be ready to:
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Collaborate with the digital product development team to address and resolve digital product issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Identify areas for improvement in support processes and implement changes.
Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of support activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal customer support team for technical support issues.
Ensure clear and concise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

Salary. 2480 - 3300 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
Job requirements
Our expectations for you:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunication sector.
Strong strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
