In the heart of Orbio, there is a Talent Acquisition Team, tirelessly dedicated to bringing the best people to become our colleagues. And we are presently in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join this amazing team. As our future colleague, you will be responsible for the full candidate's journey, from sourcing to onboarding, as well as constantly sharing insights and ideas for making our recruitment process flawless.

IF SO, BE READY TO:
Own a full recruitment cycle and continuously look for improvements;
Identify the best talents via headhunting, networking, and proactive search;
Develop talent pools of potential candidates who meet the qualifications of open positions;
Build long-term relationships with Orbio candidates and ensure the highest-quality Candidate experience;
Collaborate with other teams and Hiring Managers, guide them when needed;
Maintain our ATS system Recruitee, do recruitment market research, collect and analyze metrics;
Contribute to other TA-related projects;
Ask for help when you need it, but also take ownership in making decisions.

Salary. From 2700 Eur/month (gross) and above, depending on individual experience.
Job requirements
OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOU
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in-house or in a recruitment agency;
Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
Experience in establishing and maintaining successful relationships.
Knowledge of the local labor market, talent channels, and candidate insights.
Effective communication skills- ability to navigate through ambiguity, change, and barriers to execution.
Calm, stress-prone personality and ability to adapt to the changes fast;
Being an owner of your field - having initiative and an energetic personality is a must!
