Supply Chain Assistant

Our Product Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of all complex supply chain & product development processes all around the world.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to ensure production supply chain processes are running smoothly and are completed in a timely manner. This person will be working with our partners from all over the world and assisting in both supply and distribution.

GET READY TO:

• Administrate data, documents, and inquiries;

• Track and control purchasing order fulfillment processes and vendor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;

• Manage communication with numerous suppliers in Asia;

• Manage business administration system: production, supply data entry, monitoring, and writing off inventory;

• Ensure inventory movement alignment between different systems;

• Execute various tasks related to supply processes and help sourcing;

• Prepare vendor payments in accordance with purchasing guidelines;

• Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, missing items, accidents).

• Salary. 1500 - 2000 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

• At least minimal work experience in purchasing/ logistics/ business areas;

• Higher degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration;

• Good English communication skills: both written and spoken;

• Great skills using Excel;

• Ability to prioritize work in an extremely fast-paced environment;

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills;

• An Initiative personality with great, attention to detail, and a "can-do" attitude.
