Currently, we are actively seeking an experienced Subscribtion Retention Manager who would work with our very promising product and service. A person with a strategic mindset, deep understanding of subscription models, and strong analytical skills.

If so, be ready to

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing subscribers, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subscription customers to understand their needs and concerns;

  • Analyze subscription data and customer feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform retention strategies;

  • Establish a feedback loop with product development to ensure that customer insights are incorporated into product improvements;

  • Assess and mitigate risks to subscription retention, such as competitive threats or changes in market conditions;

  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, email marketing, and product teams to align retention efforts with overall business goals;

  • Keep up to date with the newest and hottest industry trends, as well as implement new ideas, formats, and angles into the work.

  • Salary. from 3300 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Job requirements

Our expectations for you:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in subscription-based business;
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to use analytics tools and interpret subscription data;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful subscriber retention strategies;
  • Familiarity with key retention metrics and KPIs;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong interest and curiosity in the world of progressive digital advertising & e-commerce;
  • Ability to bring ideas and strategies to the table.
