Currently, our HR Team is actively seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and take charge of various administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. So if you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a knack for creating a positive work environment - you could be a great asset to the team.

  • Take care of company documents and information flows (phone calls and email), to ensure prompt responses and appropriate routing;

  • Oversee orders for office supplies, including stationery, coffee, fruits, and other necessities, ensuring a well-stocked and comfortable work environment;

  • Schedule meetings and appointments as needed, optimizing calendars and coordinating with relevant parties;

  • Take good care of Orbio Vilnius office by arranging necessary repairs, as well as organizing the office layout and supervising seating arrangements;

  • Provide general support to employees and visitors, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience;

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, preparing workplace and providing proper orientation to facilitate a smooth transition;

  • Maintain documentation related to work safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards;

  • Collaborate with the office cleaning team, directing and monitoring their work to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards;

  • Work closely with the HR team, providing support on various initiatives, planning in-house or off-site activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Salary. 820 - 990 Eur/month (gross) (this a part-time rate), depending on individual experience.




Our expectations for you

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating strong attention to detail;
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or office management would be highly preferred.
