Currently, we are looking for an experienced Localization Team Lead to join our team and create a meaningful impact on building this future. Since creating directly sales-promoting content and presenting it appropriately are integral aspects of our success, the Performance Creative team generates content that brings significant value to the company.

As a Localization Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adaptation of our content across multiple international markets as well as providing guidance to other teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

If so, then get ready to:

  • Represent the localization team in cross-functional, company-wide projects to ensure alignment and advocate for localization needs.
  • Manage resource allocation, including budget planning, liaising with freelance linguists and LSPs, and coordinating internal team efforts.
  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to manage integrations, automation tools, and any technical solutions that support localization efforts.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s and mentor the team, ensuring consistent development and addressing any people management concerns.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and continuous improvement of localization tools and workflows, driving efficiency and quality.

  • Salary. 3000 - 3700 Eur/month (Gross), depending on individual experience and qualifications.

Job requirements

Our expectations for you:

  • Proven experience in leading localization efforts across a range of products or services.

  • Strong understanding of localization tools, platforms, and best practices for global market adaptation.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience in handling a growing team and vendor management.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicating effectively with teams such as IT, product, marketing, and design.

  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing processes.

  • Experience with market research and adaptation to ensure cultural relevance and alignment with global strategies.

  • A performance-driven personality, constantly seeking to elevate performance to new heights;

  • Native-level English fluency.
