We believe that with the right team, this could just be the start. And this is why we need you and your expertise. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager specialist to join our team and create a meaningful impact on building this future.


Since creating directly sales-promoting content and presenting it appropriately are integral aspects of our success, the Performance Creative team generates content that brings significant value to the company.


As a Localization Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adaptation of our content across multiple international markets as well as providing guidance to other teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Manage the end-to-end localization process of several brands into 30+ languages;

  • Create linguist training, task briefs and QA their deliveries;

  • Work closely with your team to ensure vendor engagement, continuously improving forecasting and efficiency, and delivering localization excellence;

  • Provide guidance to other teams to ensure adherence to best practices, minimizing downstream issues, reducing cost and time-to-delivery;

  • Help identify areas for improvement in our tools and processes.

  • Salary. from 2400- 2700 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Job requirements

  • Familiarity with localization tools and best practices;
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams;
  • A global mindset, as we sell our products worldwide;
  • A performance-driven personality, constantly seeking to elevate performance to new heights;

  • Native-level English fluency.
