A significant part of our operations is the Customer Success Team, which skillfully takes care of our customers' experience by meeting their needs and managing concerns, thereby increasing the brand's credibility and contributing to achieving our ambitious goals.

As a Junior Online Reputation Specialist you will acquire or strengthen skills in effective social media management, crisis handling, and SEO optimization and will help to raise our products' reputation even to greater heights.

  • Learn how to engage with our customer community on social platforms as well as to handle different situations that influence our brands' reputation effectively and on time;
  • Learn to inspect reputation-related metrics and conduct competitors' analysis within the industry;
  • Learn to manage and grow multiple social media profiles for various brands globally as well as to create unique content that reaches specific performance indicators;
  • Learn how to make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and posts' quality;
  • Learn consistently brainstorm, design, and curate content with a deep knowledge of Orbio brands, maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image with every post;
  • Collaborate with the core team and other colleagues to produce needed visual or textual elements;
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media updates and trends.

  • Salary 1320 - 1820 Eur/month Gross.

  • Prior experience in managing customer experience, social media channels, or copywriting would be an advantage.
