Orbio World’s IT Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of all complex functionalities in eCommerce websites, and other teams' inquiries. They work with trending technologies, hold high standards for code quality, and apply Agile development principles to our work. As we continue to grow, we're prioritizing security and resilience across all systems.

Currently, we are looking for a talented and motivated Information Security Manager who can hit the ground running and elevate our information security strategy, ensuring robust protection of our systems and data while supporting the company’s growth. 🚀

• Develop and implement the company’s information security strategy and policies;

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats;

• Design and enforce security controls, frameworks, and protocols across the organization;

• Lead the development of incident response plans and train the organization on best practices;

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance;

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and threats in information security.

• Salary. from 5000 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Our expectations for you:

• 3+ years of experience in an information security role;

• Expertise in risk management, incident response, and cybersecurity best practices;

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations and ability to apply them effectively;

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security threats;

• Strong leadership and project management skills;

• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;

• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
