We seek a highly motivated and experienced Head of Email Marketing to join our Operations team. As the Head of Email Marketing, you will work with a highly motivated team, have freedom in decision-making and establishing processes and ensuring the success of Orbio products all around the globe.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive retention strategy to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and improve customer engagement and loyalty;

  • Implement data-driven segmentation strategies based on customer behavior;

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team;

  • Manage and optimize retention campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS;

  • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of retention initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Manage and lead a team of retention specialists providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to drive team performance and growth.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.

  • Salary. From ±5000 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a track record of increasing customer retention and engagement rates;

  • 2+ years of experience in a Management position;

  • Good understanding of P&L management;

  • Strong analytical skills: experience with Tableau/Maropost would be an advantage;

  • E-commerce expertise would be welcomed.
