CRO Data Analyst

We believe that with the right team, it could be just a start. And this is why we need you and your expertise. Currently, we are looking for an experienced CRO Data Analyst to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Team and create a meaningful impact on building this future.

Since unraveling data is crucial for us, the CRO Team is at the heart of our business. As a CRO Data Analyst, you will analyze tests, craft clear reports for in-house stakeholders to make data-driven choices and handle urgent analysis requests and ensure data accuracy through rigorous quality checks.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards to monitor and identify significant trends within A/B testing experiments;

• Present clear and actionable reports to team members and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making;

• Generate ad hoc analysis reports to address urgent business needs;

• Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality assurance, collaborating with other analysts and team members as required;

• Develop and implement strategies for effective data use;

• Create impactful dashboards that guide team decisions;

• Analyze and influence user behavior through data insights.

• Salary. From 2500 to 3500 Eur/month Gross (the salary may vary, according to your experience and qualifications).

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or a similar position (understanding of CRO principles and strategies is a huge plus);

• Proven analytical capabilities with a focus on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large datasets with precision and accuracy;

• Proficiency is SQL for querying and managing databases to extract and analyze data efficiently;

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/Looker or similar;

• Proficiency in managing and extracting data from Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses;

• Understanding of user journeys and website technologies with the ability to initiate and manage comprehensive data collection (nice to have);

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) (nice to have);

• Adaptability to evolving business needs and technological advancements, ready to embrace new challenges and opportunities in the field of data analysis.
