Currently, we are actively seeking an experienced Country Manager to drive our business in the German market. A person, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, good networking abilities, and strong knowledge of the German market.

If so, be ready to

  • Drive and take full responsibility for business success in Germany;
  • Explore and grow new business channels (e.g., retail, TV, Marketplaces) in Germany to grow sales;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive local business strategy, aligning targets with the overall company's goals and OKRs;
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships with media entities and business partners;
  • Work together with our Business Development team to boost local sales;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the overall business model and localize the sales funnel for the local market;
  • Engage with clients to enhance their user experience and satisfaction;
  • Explore the most suitable marketing channels for the German market and seek out new opportunities;
  • Collaborate with our internal Performance Creative and Media Buying teams to enhance the quality of content and optimize advertising campaigns;

  • Uphold the organization's stellar reputation across social media platforms;

  • Oversee local PR initiatives and campaigns;

  • Offer valuable feedback and industry insights.

Recruitment Information:

Our recruitment process is quite straightforward. Our interviews are very informal; this is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better.

We're offering a remote position for individuals fluent in German and eligible to work in Germany.

Our main office is based in Lithuania. 

Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Job requirements

Our expectations for you:

  • A Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or any other related fields;
  • Work experience in e-commerce / online sales industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with clients and partners;
  • Demonstrated passion for assisting clients in resolving intricate business and marketing challenges;
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as a team player and independently, efficiently managing multiple projects.

  • Proactive and hands-on approach toward all assigned tasks.
