Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled COD (Cash on Delivery) Marketing Manager to work with highly emerging payment method, and ensure its success all around the globe.

Our Business Development Team is dedicated to constantly growing and expanding our business, so that our products can be appreciated my as many people as possible. We strive to create meaningful connections with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional experiences.

As a COD Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing key metrics to identify areas for growth. You will work closely with other teams to bring significant value to the company by leveraging your analytical insights and strategic thinking.

  • Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics (CPA, AOV, profitability and more); 

  • Prepare regular reports summarizing COD performance, trends and insights;

  • Identify potential issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively;

  • Help identify areas for improvement and growth;

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to scale the business.

  • Salary. from 1900- 2400 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Job requirements

Our expectations for you

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, or data analyst;
  • Experience carrying out complex calculations;
  • Exceptional time management skills;
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams;
  • A global mindset, as we sell our products worldwide;
  • A performance-driven personality, constantly seeking to elevate performance to new heights;

  • Experience working with Tableau, or similar BI tools.
