Our devoted Affiliate Partnerships Team forms an essential cornerstone within our vibrant Marketing Department. United by the mission to imbue our customers with the same enthusiasm and contentment that we hold for our products, we're currently in the midst of a proactive pursuit. We seek an inspiring and driven Head of Affiliates who will empower and guide their team, fostering collaboration, setting clear goals, and ensuring the team’s success in managing and optimizing affiliate partnerships effectively.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships worldwide.

• Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize results and spot new opportunities.

• Lead and mentor the affiliate team, setting clear KPIs and growth targets.

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

• Work with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and aligned with business goals.

• Streamline team workflows, identify and remove bottlenecks, and boost productivity.

• Identify, test, and launch new affiliate channels or areas of expertise to unlock additional growth.

• Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and creative strategies to stay competitive. 👌

A bit about the perks

• Stay focused and productive by taking a day off on your Birthday, working 2 hours shorter on Fridays, and working from home 1 day each week plus extra 20 days during the whole year;

• Salary. from 4000 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.

Our expectations for you

• Experience in affiliate marketing;

• Knowledge or/and experience e-commerce or D2C industry would be a huge plus;

• Proven ability to set and achieve team goals and KPIs.

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills;

• Result-oriented and self-driven personality;

• Data-driven decision-making with a knack for spotting trends.

• Excellent English language skills.
