Our devoted Affiliate Partnerships Team forms an essential cornerstone within our vibrant Marketing Department. United by the mission to imbue our customers with the same enthusiasm and contentment that we hold for our products, we're currently in the midst of a proactive pursuit. 

We seek an ambitious and exceptionally motivated Affiliate Partnerships Specialist who will orchestrate the cultivation and oversight of affiliative alliances. Through these partnerships, we aim to propel the influx of traffic, amplify sales, and realize a host of other coveted outcomes for our array of products and services.

If so, be ready to

  • Identify potential affiliate partners that align with the company's target audience and goals, negotiate terms & onboard them;
  • Collaborate with current and potential affiliates to negotiate commission rates, terms of partnership, and promotional strategies. Once agreements are reached, facilitate the onboarding process, providing affiliates with the necessary tools, tracking links, and resources to start promoting;
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates by offering support, addressing their questions or concerns, and providing them with updated promotional materials and product information;
  • Track affiliate performance using analytics and tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of their promotional efforts;
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with affiliates to optimize their promotional strategies and help them achieve better results.
  • Provide affiliates with creative assets such as banners, images, and promotional copy to assist them in creating compelling content;
  • Keep affiliates informed about new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives, and ensure that affiliates adhere to the company's guidelines, brand standards, and ethical practices when promoting products or services;
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and changes in regulations that might impact the affiliate program.

  • Salary. From 1650 Eur/month gross and above. We're open to discussing different expectations, depending on your experience. 

Job requirements

Our expectations for you

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in affiliate marketing or a closely related field (such as digital marketing, digital publishing, business development, and more);
  • A profound comprehension of digital marketing, coupled with a general understanding of paid media channels encompassing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and native advertising;
  • An innately analytical mindset primed for making decisions grounded in data;
  • Adept negotiation skills honed for effective partner collaboration;
  • Mastery of the English language;
  • Proficiency in utilizing an array of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Everflow, or analogous tracking platforms) offers a distinct advantage;
  • While not mandatory, direct experience in affiliate marketing is a substantial asset;
  • Technical prowess in areas including GTM (Google Tag Manager), Facebook pixels, Google Ads scripts, and S2S postback setup presents a noteworthy value-add.
