Orbio World’s Accounting Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of complex accounting processes all around the world. And now we are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Accounting Team Lead. A person who has hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting and deep knowledge of finances and business in general. 💶

  • Salary. 3000-4500 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.


Job requirements

Our expectations for you

  • Higher degree in accounting or equivalent;

  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting/audit;

  • Strong ability to manage, motivate, and mentor an accounting team;

  • Expertise in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, annual accounts;

  • In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian or other country accounting standards; laws, regulations, taxes, familiarity with international accounting standards;

  • Skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve process workflows;

  • Ability to work with other departments to address operational challenges;

  • Skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads during busy periods (e.g., year-end reporting);

  • Clear and effective communication with both the team and senior management;

  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with big amount of data;

  • Excellent MS Office skills.
